When I first came to Jericoacoara I fell in love with the place, it's relaxed atmosphere, the tranquility of a beach resort that gives you a feeling that you are on a desert island, and the superb weather (wind and sunshine).

I realised that I wanted to build something different here. Jeri being saturated with pousadas (family run B&Bs); I could see a need for good quality, high spec. apartments.

The apartments have been designed to keep that rustic feeling of Jeri and will present views of the magnificent sand dunes and sea; also making full use of the land for tropical, lush gardens.

Each apartment is very spacious with over 112m2 in area; including large, wooden verandas. Local materials have been used as much as possible to give the Jeri rustic look, but always with the aim of quality and comfort.

Every apartment has been designed to make full use of the prevailing trade winds for maximum coolness; and with the aid of a modern, "split system", air conditioning (optional) you will never feel uncomfortable.
